Once you have accessed course content (including videos, materials, assignments, or any learning resources), the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be provided. This is because:
- Digital course content is delivered instantly upon enrollment
- Course materials are intellectual property that cannot be "returned"
- Access to educational content is provided immediately after payment
- Downloaded or viewed materials cannot be retrieved
1.2 Limited Refund Window
Refund requests may be considered only within 7 days of purchase and only if you have not accessed any course content. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase date
- No course videos have been viewed
- No course materials have been downloaded
- No assignments or quizzes have been attempted
- No certificates have been generated
- Valid reason for refund request is provided
2. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following specific circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course content despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts with our support team, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 15 days, a full refund may be provided.
2.2 Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction. You must report this within 7 days of the duplicate purchase with proof of both transactions.
2.3 Payment Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a payment gateway error or system malfunction, we will investigate and provide a full refund if the error is confirmed.
2.4 Course Cancellation by Us
If Maths Nipun cancels a course or discontinues a service before you have accessed it, you will receive a full refund automatically within 7-10 business days.

- After 7 days from purchase date (unless technical issues reported earlier)
- Promotional or discounted courses (all sales final)

Partial refunds are generally not offered. However, in exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis, partial refunds may be considered:
- If only a small portion of course content was accessed before technical issues arose
- If service degradation affected a specific portion of the course duration
- At the sole discretion of Maths Nipun management
Any partial refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
7. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
- UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet
We do not provide refunds through alternative payment methods, cash, or bank transfers (except in cases where the original payment method is no longer available).
8. Course Transfers and Credits
8.1 Course Transfers
In lieu of a refund, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value. Transfers are subject to:
- Request within 7 days of original purchase
- No prior access to original course content
- Availability of the alternative course
- One-time transfer only (no subsequent transfers)
- If transferring to a lower-priced course, the difference is non-refundable
8.2 Account Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer account credits for future purchases. Credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from issue date
- Can be used for any course on our platform
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are non-transferable to other users
9. Promotional and Discounted Courses
Special Terms for Discounted Purchases:
- Courses purchased during promotional sales, with discount codes, or as part of bundle offers are non-refundable
- All discounted or promotional purchases are final

10. Subscription and Bundle Purchases
